Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. Rolling paper products and accessories may be returned at no cost within 30 days of delivery due to manufacturing defects or damages.  We do not offer any sort of return for products that have been used.

​Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged or missing parts. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
